The Point of Contact referenced in the Hositex Support Tickets or over the phone, is the email address associated with the account.
There are a few ways to determine what this email address is.
The Email Address would be the one that Hositex sends all communication to.
It would also be the email address that you use to log into your Client Area (Hositex)
Should you not have access to this Mailbox anymore, you would simply need to reply to the Hositex email with the Account Holder's ID.
This is done to ensure that Hositex are not resetting details for someone who is not authorised to request such changes.
