What are the Media Settings on my WordPress Blog site?

The options available under Media are:

1. Image Sizes – a choice of various maximum pixel dimensions for images in the Media Library; e.g. Thumbnail, Medium or Large

2. Uploading Files – can be set to keep uploads in month/year folders
